The Worldwide develpment of education, the development of new learning method, and the new advance of instructional technology are rapidly changing our education world. Some samples are learner/student centered learning and e-learning implementation in universities in the world.
Unfortunately, for many universities in Indonesia and other developing countries, it is not easy to implement the new methods and technologies that have been successfully applied to advanced countries such as USA, Canada, or European countries.
Therefor, this topic will be a very interesting one to be discussed in an academic community internationally. The International Conference themed "Teaching and Learning in Higher Education for Developing Countries" wil be held by Maranatha Christian University.
